PANDUAN KEMASKINI STORAN MICROSOFT 365 / GUIDE FOR HOUSEKEEPING STORAGE MICROSOFT 365

Warga UM yang dihormati,

Dear Campus Community,

Manual bagi tatacara pengendalian penyimpanan data M365 boleh didapati di:

  1. Sign In ke UMPortal (https://portal.um.edu.my/)
  2. Pilih ICT Info
  3. Pilih Download Software
  4. Pilih Office 365
  5. Klik >> 6. Housekeeping Storage M365 (13 Ogos 2024).
Seperti yang dimaklumkan, bermula 1/8/2024, pengguna M365 tidak lagi diberi keistimewaan storan sebanyak 1TB. Mohon lakukan housekeeping bagi mengurangkan saiz storan mengikut limit yang ditetapkan. Kegagalan mengurangkan saiz storan ini mengakibatkan pengguna tidak boleh edit dan tambah data ke M365. Selepas 30 Ogos 2024 akaun akan dibekukan dan data akan dipadamkan oleh Microsoft. JTM tidak bertanggungjawab ke atas kehilangan dan kegagalan mencapai data.

The manual for the M365 data storage handling procedures can be found at:
  1. Sign In ke UMPortal (https://portal.um.edu.my/)
  2. Select ICT Info
  3. Select Download Software
  4. Select Office 365
  5. Click >> 6. Housekeeping Storage M365 (13 Ogos 2024).
As informed, starting 01/08/2024, M365 users will no longer be given the storage privilege of 1TB. Please do housekeeping to reduce the storage size according to the set limit. Failure to reduce this storage size results in users not being able to edit and add data to M365. After 30/08/2024 the account will be frozen and the data will be deleted by Microsoft. JTM is not responsible for loss and failure to access data.
